Home Events Carbon Storage Dialogues: Progress through Persistence

Progress through persistence

The number of CCS projects is steadily increasing. Each project – on the drawing board, in execution or operational – is the result of perseverance of all the parties involved.

To scale the market for industrial carbon management – carbon capture, utilisation, removal, transport and storage – persistence from public and private players remains critical to developing infrastructure, policy and financing mechanisms in lockstep.

By joining the Carbon Storage Dialogues, you can expect to hear from leading voices as they discuss:

  • What is needed to scale the market for industrial carbon management – carbon capture, utilisation, transport, storage and removal – and what are live and near execution projects already teaching us?
  • What does each link in the CO2 value chain need to progress, and what strategies are companies pursuing and what technologies are they using?
  • What can we expect from the European Commission’s proposal on CO2 markets and infrastructure, and what does that mean for cross-border planning?
  • What are the latest national policy developments to support all pillars of industrial carbon management and how do they interact?
