This project is being developed by the National Heat Investor (Nationale Deelneming Warmte – NDW), currently operating under Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN), in collaboration with various public sector partners.
With input from municipalities across the province, NetVerder, the Province of Utrecht and the National Heat Investor are exploring how a heat support company could be established. A heat company for the province would develop and run new district heating networks.
