Geothermie Delft
Geothermal Energy Delft (GTD) aims to supply sustainable heat to the surrounding area and facilitate scientific research.
Since early 2026, GTD has supplied heat to buildings and student accommodation on the Delft University of Technology campus. The supply will later be extended to nearby residential areas. The geothermal energy source is located on the campus and is linked to a major research programme.
