Structure
EBN has a matrix organisation, consisting of various management-support departments and business lines.
Knowledge and experience in various areas are grouped together in various management-support departments:
- Technical department
- Commercial department
- Legal department
- Finance and Economics
- Treasury
- Information Technology (ICT)
- Personnel & Organisation
- Communication
EBN has over 180 joint ventures in exploration and production, transportation and storage within the three business lines. Business line managers manage the joint ventures and report to the Executive Board. They form teams consisting of people from various management-support departments with varying backgrounds and expertise.
An interdisciplinary team has also been established to participate in the Gasgebouw.
