Executive Board
EBN is led by Chief Executive Officer Jan Dirk Bokhoven, who is supported by four directors. The team of directors consists of Thijs Starink (Director Asset Management), Berend Scheffers (Director Technology), Jan Boekelman (Director Finance) and Maxine Tillij (Director Corporate Affairs).
Jan Dirk Bokhoven (1957)
... is chairman of the Executive Board and responsible for technical and legal affairs. He graduated in Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 1983, majoring in petroleum engineering. He held various positions at Conoco and Veba Oil between 1982 and 1996. In 1997 he joined Clyde, first as Exploitation Manager and later as Commercial Manager. In the latter position, he was responsible for oil and gas partner relationships and legal affairs, business planning and investment analysis.
He joined EBN in 2001 and was appointed Director of Operations on 1 January 2006. He has been chairman of EBN’s Executive Board and a member of the Supervisory Board of GasTerra since 2 November 2007.
