EBN’s financial statements pertain mainly to EBN's participation in oil and gas exploration and production joint ventures in the Netherlands and the continental shelf. In other words, to EBN’s share of the assets and liabilities of these joint ventures, as well as the revenues and expenses. These shared assets and the related liabilities, commitments and revenues are shown proportionally in EBN's financial statements. EBN switched to IFRS in 2005. The financial statements are integrated in EBN’s annual reports.
